Strategy Review
We will analyze your current strategic plan to identify key steps to ensure your strategic plan is measured for accountability and execution. Assure your vision is clearly communicated throughout the strategic plan, and that the plan actually supports the vision. We will review or establish attainable goals and action items by deleting those that do not support your top three items that will move your company forward, from good to great.

We will use the tools created by Patrick Lencioni, “Five Dysfunctions of a Team” which begins with a 38 question check sheet as to each executive team working style, which identifies areas of strength and areas of weakness. These tools are used for executive team members to gain a better understanding of how to create a dynamic functional team – which can out perform your competition and move you from a good company to a great company.
