Donna Hover is Founder, Owner and CEO of International Business Development Corporation (IBD Corporation) specializing in developing growth strategies in product and technology development, and execution of those strategies since 1987.

Our success began in the automotive industry where Ms. Hover is a successful international automotive professional executive in strategic planning and product development. Since 2000 we have expanded into other growth areas of high tech, financial institutions, law firms, consulting firms, accounting firms, and various other industries. IBD has 30 years of developing problem solution tools for companies with revenue between $35.0 to $400.0 million. We lead teams through strategic change while promoting commitment and ownership for new strategies and processes.

Ms. Hover is Founder, Owner and Chairman of the first Automotive Supplielr Council in the North American and European Automotive Industries, with Peer groups to discuss strategic direction and growth in the global industry, techology sharing, and establishing best practices. With over 350 participating companies and 900 executives in 8 countries. Started in 1987-2000 when it become a not-for-profit Association.

 

Ms. Hover obtained her Doctorate in Organizational Management from Michigan State University.  She received her Master Degree in Management Leadership from Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, MI and a dual Bachelors degree in Communication and Business from Michigan State University.  She is an adjunct professor at Grand Valley State University and Davenport University teaching senior level management courses.

Ms. Hover is recognized by the auto industry as one of the “Leading Women in the North American Automotive Industry”, Automotive Hall of Fame nominee, and “Top 25 Women Business Owners in Michigan”.  Ms. Hover is a frequent speaker throughout the North America and European communities.  She also served on country specific advisory boards to consolidate EU and N.A. automotive supply base.
